Elusive Amazonian dolphinsThat’s why the eyes of rime is different from other cetaceans. If marine dolphins eyesight adapted to catch very faint, rime has some semblance of “sunglasses”: cornea and lens are yellow colour, protecting the eyes from sunlight.

This also partially explains why they make clicks and waving their heads, sending each other signals.
